Work top with office chair for digital nomads.
En-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Double bed with linen as well as towels.
Built in cupboards.

Shared facilities include:
2 Patios plus gas barbecue, guest kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, kettle,
toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery as well as fridge,
washing machine, ironing press and zinc for dishwashing.

Safety:
Our location in in a safe part of Cape Town and we have excellent security.
Guests get their own keys for security gates and doors with freedom to come and go.

Central:
We are in the middle of Sea Point, a five minute walk from the main road with shops and restaurants as well as a 10 minute walk to the Sea Point promenade and Beach.
The Cape Town Waterfront area is 15 minute walk from us

Transport:

The City Bus is on our doorstep, the Hop-on Hop-off tour bus is on main road a 5 minute walk and
Uber pickups are from our front door.
